Community First Foundation is seeking a dynamic, customer service-focused individual to greet visitors, answer phone calls and perform general administrative tasks. This position serves as a member of the administrative support team and performs tasks such as locking the physical facility at end of day, ensuring office equipment is in good working order, keeping the breakroom clean and organized and sorting and delivering mail.
In addition, this role is responsible for light building maintenance including maintaining relationships with vendors, minor exterior cleanup and miscellaneous office handy work (fixing computer stands, power cord routing, heavy lifting, etc.). This role also maintains and monitors information technology (IT) service needs, request for support tickets and assists the finance team with ongoing administrative projects.
