LEVEL UP Digital Fundraising Opportunity for Colorado Gives Nonprofits Opens March 13

Online fundraising is critical for nonprofits to successfully fulfill their missions. A recent study from the Blackbaud Institute found a 42% increase over three years in online giving, and 12% percent of total fundraising comes from online sources.

Staffing and limited resources make it challenging for many nonprofits to effectively fundraise online which is why Community First Foundation and the Schlessman Family Foundation are teaming up through the Colorado Gives 365 program to offer local nonprofits the Level Up Digital Fundraising opportunity.

Whether organizations are just getting started fundraising online or want to take their efforts to new levels, the one-year exclusive Colorado Gives 365 capacity-building opportunity has three key components to support online fundraising growth for nonprofit through strategy development, technology and skilled volunteers to help execute projects. The opportunity is free thanks to support from the Schlessman Family Foundation.

LEVEL UP will help organizations that use ColoradoGives.org as their primary fundraising tool make the most out of the Colorado Gives 365 platform using advanced features like CRM, application integration, text-to-give, volunteer management and more.  Interested applicants must be:

  • 501(c)(3) organizations currently on and raising funds on Colorado Gives 365
  • 501(c)(3) organizations that use Colorado Gives 365 as its primary online fundraising tool
  • 501(c)(3) organizations with an employee who is responsible for digital fundraising (i.e. online fundraising is part of their role), who can commit up to 20 hours per month for this educational cohort.

Applications open Monday, March 13 and close at 5 p.m. on March 31, 2023. Learn more and apply.
