Community First Foundation closed our meeting space when COVID-19 entered our world. We want you and our employees healthy! While our community is beginning to reopen, our meeting space remains closed as we begin efforts to bring our staff back to the office.
We’re excited to see you in person soon and invite you to sign up to be the first to know when our meeting space is up and running.
Our free meeting space helps power nonprofits by offering a comfortable facility designed to meet your needs. We want to make something better everyday. Offering our meeting rooms free for nonprofits is one way we can do that.
Our collaborative spaces offer a variety of rooms and configurations that accommodate up to 60 people. Robust audio/visual equipment and a large catering kitchen help you put your best foot forward for trainings, meetings and retreats. Located in Olde Town Arvada, the space is just five minutes north of I-70 on Wadsworth and 15 minutes northwest of downtown Denver.
Are you a new user to the Meeting Space? Please begin the process by registering using the link below.
We have recently moved to a new room reservation service so you may need to register as a new user if you have not already.
If you have extenuating circumstances that warrant waiving the 90-day reservation requirement, please call Valerie Brown: 720-898-5906. We want to help!

We welcome any 501(c)(3) charitable organizations serving the Denver metropolitan area, local, county, state, school and government entities to use this space free of charge.
The meeting space is recommended for nonprofit training sessions, meetings and retreats. It is not available for special events (e.g., celebrations and parties), fundraisers, or political events.
Note that organizations are not permitted to charge for meeting attendance, although charging for the cost of meals is allowed.
You may bring your own snacks or order delivery though any licensed and insured caterer. We have ice available and provide filtered hot/cold water with glasses and mugs for your use.
A large kitchen includes ample counter space, refrigerator/freezer, ice maker, small microwave, commercial grade sink, space for pan warmers, large trash and recycling bins.
Deliveries of boxed lunches or similar can come through the main meeting space entrance. Park near the doors labeled “Meeting Rooms” just left of the Foundation’s larger main entrance.
On-site caterers must present a Certificate of Insurance before they can work in the kitchen. No alcohol.
We have updated our scheduling systems and terms of use. Please review them and register to use the Skedda scheduling system.
From I-70, travel north on Wadsworth approximately one mile to Ralston Road (West 58th Ave.). Turn left on Ralston Road and then turn right just past the 7-Eleven shopping center. Community First Foundation is the large brick building on the right.
If you are traveling south on Wadsworth, turn right at the driveway before Steuben’s restaurant. It is just before Ralston Road. Then turn an immediate right into the Community First Foundation parking area.
