The Meeting Space is Open!

We are thrilled to welcome visitors into our meeting space once again. In the two and one-half years since we had to close the meeting space because of the pandemic we have made improvements to our facilities, A/V equipment and reservation process. Our free meeting space helps power nonprofits by offering a comfortable facility designed to meet your needs. We want to make something better every day. Offering our meeting rooms free for nonprofits is one way we can do that.

Our collaborative spaces offer a variety of rooms and configurations that accommodate up to 30 people. Robust audio/visual equipment and a large catering kitchen help you put your best foot forward for trainings, meetings and retreats. Located in Olde Town Arvada, the space is just five minutes north of I-70 on Wadsworth and 15 minutes northwest of downtown Denver.

What’s new:

  • We have Owls – the easiest way to host a hybrid meeting. It boasts a 360-degree camera that also follows the speaker, excellent sound production and a built-in mic. Best of all? No software to install. Literally just plug and play.
  • While we implement our phased opening a few things are different, but not permanent:

    • Reservations can be made only 30 days in advance
    • One meeting per room per day, to allow for thorough cleaning between meetings
    • Only boxed lunches (or your own sack lunch) can be served. No buffet style lunches.
    • Room capacities are diminished to allow for some social distancing within the rooms.
    • Foundation staff will clean high-touch places on a regular basis throughout the day.

Further details may be found on our Terms of Use Agreement and Liability Waiver.

If you have extenuating circumstances that warrant waiving the 30-day reservation requirement, please call Valerie Brown: 720-8989-5906. We want to help!
