Jeffco Hope Fund Grantees

Community First Foundation is pleased to award the following grants for general operating support in response to recent applications to the Community First Foundation Jeffco Hope Fund. In light of our new virtual environment and to expedite the notification process, we have created this grant announcement page where you can view how much your organization has been awarded. Please note that the Foundation had the difficult challenge of responding to a high volume of requests with limited funds. Grants over $15,000 support organizations who were able to clearly articulate a coordinated effort among multiple agencies.
